Jessica Mitchell is a qualified Hatha yoga and YogaBugs teacher and as such is perfectly qualified to take our new Teens Yoga classes.
Yoga can benefit teenagers in several ways: it is excellent for promoting good posture - not always easy when they spend such a lot of time studying or in screen related activities, it improves body strength and flexibility and the relaxation period at the end of the class can be calming and stress relieving. Not all teenagers are interested in competitive sports but this is a wonderful discipline that is good for body and soul in a completely non-competitive way. Jessica makes the classes reasonably challenging but lots of fun.
Jessica has undergone all the relevant police checks necessary to teach children.
