Tristen Hennigs

Tristen Hennigs

Tristen has been practising yoga intensively for fifteen years. Having spent her late teens and early twenties as an assistant teacher in her mother's yoga and dance studio in Ohio, Tristen went on to further her own yoga practice by studying the schools of Iyengar, Kashmir, Sivananda and Astanga Vinyasa yoga. After leading yoga and aerobic classes throughout London for eight years, Tristen took a break from teaching to re-qualify with the British Wheel of Yoga and is now teaching Hatha yoga.

Tristen's classes explore the classic yoga postures (asanas) as well as breath work (pranayama), while simultaneously giving the students the information as to why the practices are important. With the aim of calming the mind and rejuvenating the body, Tristen's classes assist the students in finding their own mind/body balance.
