Sarah Parkinson

Sarah Parkinson

Sarah trained at the Royal Ballet School and continued her ballet career for several years in the UK and Germany. She has been a fitness instructor for over ten years and particularly enjoys teaching Pilates because it is a safe and very effective way of exercising.

Sarah loves teaching Pilates because it is wonderful to see clients grow in confidence and develop a better quality of movement and posture, whilst gaining strength and overall toning. Our bodies are a work of art and she feels that Pilates helps us to sculpt and fine tune our bodies in a calm and stress free environment.

Sarah first trained with the Pilates Institute and has continued her studies with Body Arts and Science International and Alan Herdman Pilates.
