Our fully qualified and experienced instructors provide classes for women and men in very small groups, giving you the personal attention you need to improve and get the best from the exercises.
With around 24 classes a week covering all levels and spread through the day and evening, Monday to Saturday, you are sure to find something to suit you. We look forward to seeing you in one of our classes soon.
