Coronavirus update
We are now open in a ‘new normal’ way!
We are delighted to announce that we offer Physiotherapy face-to-face appointments for clients who are low risk and meet the Public Health England criteria.
Following government advice and Public Health England regulations, we must risk assess for Covid-19 our patients first before seeing them face to face. If it becomes clear that online Physiotherapy treatment will not be sufficient to get you better or we are unable to properly diagnose the problem remotely, if your level of risk is low we can see you for a face to face appointment. This involves filling out a Covid-19 risk assessment form and weighing up with the Physiotherapist, your risk level versus your level of need.
We offer face to face massage treatments and Podiatry appointments and both online and in-person personal training. Our Pilates, Yoga and Dance Tone and Stretch classes are now online. Nutrition consultations, and our weight loss programme are carried out online where possible and in-person if needed.
Please give us a call to find out more or join in with any of these services. We hope you stay healthy and happy and will see you when we can!

Pilates and Yoga classes
We have unfortunately had to cancel the classes in our studio but we are providing live online classes so that you can continue your exercise and maintain your fitness during these difficult times.
These are very easy to take part in so please get in touch to find out more about how to set it up and join in. If you are not particularly tech minded we can hold your hand all the way!
We are currently halfway through our autumn term of classes but it’s not too late to join! We will shortly be taking bookings for the Spring term of classes starting in January 2021. These courses of classes can be booked using our online booking system or by phoning reception on 020 8876 5690 to speak to a human being!
Latest updates: BUPA, AXA PPP and Aviva have announced that they will temporarily cover the cost of remote physio appointments. We anticipate that other health insurance companies will join in soon. It’s worth checking your cover with your health insurance company first.
