Exercise Classes at Physio on the River
We have a lovely studio for our small group exercise classes with a sprung wooden floor and mirrors all round as well as all of the equipment needed for our wide range of exercise styles. We run classes for four levels of Pilates and four types of Yoga as well as our Dance, Tone and Stretch classes, personal training sessions and specialist rehab exercise sessions. We are sure you will find something suitable for your level of fitness and experience and also have a lot of fun.
