We have a lovely studio for our small group exercise classes with a sprung wooden floor and mirrors all round as well as all of the equipment needed for our wide range of exercise styles.
We run classes for four levels of Pilates and four types of Yoga as well as our Dance, Tone and Stretch classes, personal training sessions and specialist rehab exercise sessions. We are sure you will find something suitable for your level of fitness and experience and also have a lot of fun.
If you don’t find what you are looking for – perhaps the times don’t suit you – then please let us know. We make a note of your requests and can sometimes start a new class if we have enough demand for a new time or type of class.

This is an energising exercise class to build strength, cardio fitness and control through the body. Sophie teaches you moves that stem from classical technique and Barre, improving your fitness and muscle tone whilst enjoying the music and having fun. The class also incorporates light weights to tone the upper body, roller work to stabilise and trigger-point balls and bands to release muscle tension at the end of class. Suitable for all fitness levels, you will feel increased flexibility and energy and you don’t have to be a dancer to feel the benefits! Come and try the class and get that Spring in your step!
