Whether you are recovering from injury or just looking to get fitter and healthier, our personal training service can help. Sometimes it is hard to find the motivation to exercise on your own but with a personal trainer the sessions will be fun and challenging!
We offer both small, group classes and one-to-one training. The sessions are run in our studio and all the necessary equipment provided. Being right by the river and towpath we can take the training outdoors if necessary. Our personal trainer is also a fully qualified Physiotherapist and an avid runner. If you are worried about a niggling injury she can take that into consideration when designing your programme and you’ll be in very safe hands!
