Whether you are recovering from injury or just looking to get fitter and healthier, our personal training service can help. Sometimes it is hard to find the motivation to exercise on your own but with a personal trainer the sessions will be fun and challenging!
We offer both small, group classes and one-to-one training. The sessions are run in our studio and all the necessary equipment provided. Being right by the river and towpath we can take the training outdoors if necessary.
Our personal trainers are also fully qualified Physiotherapists with a background in Sports Science.
Between them they have a special interest in rehab for runners, golfers and cyclists, experience in general Strength & Conditioning, Circuit Training and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
If you are worried about a niggling injury they can take that into consideration when designing your programme and you’ll be in very safe hands!
