Whether you are recovering from injury or looking to get fitter whilst helping prevent injuries, our Physiotherapy-led Personal Rehab Training (P-PT) service can help. Sometimes it is hard to find the motivation to exercise on your own but with one-to-one exercise the sessions will be fun and challenging!
The sessions are run in our studio and all the necessary equipment is provided. Being right by the river and towpath we can take the training outdoors if necessary.
Our P-PTs are fully qualified Physiotherapists with a background in Sports Science who are experienced in Strength & Conditioning Training and Rehabilitation.
Between them they have a special interest in rehab for runners, golfers and cyclists, experience in general Strength & Conditioning, Circuit Training and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
Your initial session will always involve a discussion regarding your health and exercise goals as well as a physical Injury Screening Assessment so you’ll be in very safe hands!
