You offer a good number of pilates classes with some good teachers (Sarah is the best, Kamila is brilliant, Lisa is also good). However, the availability of pilates classes in the evening is virtually non-existent, which means make-up classes are difficult to attend. The fact that you do allow make-up classes, however, is very much appreciated. Without that I doubt I would commit to sign up for whole terms. The level of the evening classes does not, in my opinion, match the level advertised (ie, a Level 3 advertised class is more akin to a Level 2 class). The quality of the pilates equipment is generally OK, although the Rings are useless. I fed back at least 3 years ago that the Rings were not fit for purpose (they are more Ovals than Rings), I repeated that feedback 2 years ago and again last year. I know I'm not the only one who has been feeding this comment back. It is disappointing that no new Rings have yet been purchased. Please buy new rings. And please make at least some of the new Rings of the steel variety so that people like me with strong legs get a better workout. Katharine, the physio I occasionally see, is really good. Generally a good local business.
The Pilates class has been great. I feel more flexible and it has boosted my confidence to get back into some exercise.

reception is friendly and helpful. The instructors were welcoming and supportive. I really appreciate that if I miss a session I can catch up by taking a different class. This has allowed me to see if pilates suits me.

The initial assessment was vey professional and thorough, while subsequent recommended exercises and treatment have led to excellent results. Diana Wilson provides intelligent, experienced and effective care. I had previously tried four other physiotherapists and lost faith in the profession. Diana is not only a wonderful physiotherapist but a delightful person. I hope her practice is as successful as it deserves to be.
